My Teaching Philosophy

Teaching is like no other profession. Teachers are not only teach their student but play many roles which are carrying out their duties, be a communicator, a disciplinarian, a conveyor of information, an evaluator, a classroom manager, a counselor, a member of many teams and groups, a decision-maker, a role-model, and a surrogate parent.

I believe that my role as teacher is to empower the knowledge and skill among the students. I am not only teach them about the concept but also help them in developing their skill in life that can help them to survive in this world.

I believe that each student has their own background and perspective in their life. So i need to encourage them to express their thinking and let me to lead them having positive learning. I also believe that each student must be respected because they are also human being and make them feel appreciated by their teachers.

Teaching and learning process are very complex. So i believe that i need to do a variety approaches to make them enjoy and never give up to learn many things.

I hope i can make a great effort to be a good teacher one day and always refresh my passion towards this profession.
